Online Personal Training is a personlised coaching service offered by Eva Niedzwiedz, ideal for the person who would like to improve their fitness irrespective of location or life circumstance. Through weekly one-on-one video check-ins on Skype or Facebook Messenger, and programs delivered via My PT Hub (mobile app) or PDF, you will not only be held accountable to your training goals, but gain the knowledge and motivation to continue building a healthier lifestyle.
