4 Week Kickstart Program

Our 4 Week Kickstart Program has been created for anyone new to the gym, or would like to learn the fundamentals of weight training in a safe and supportive environment.

If you’ve heard about all the benefits of strength, weight and resistance training, but don’t know where to start, the 4 Week Kickstart Program is for you!

How Does It Work?

The Kickstart is a four week program where you will learn all the basics of weight training:

✔️ Warming-up correctly;

✔️ Finding and working through the best stretches for your body; and

✔️ Learning fundamental exercises including how to correctly and safely perform Squats, Push-Ups, Chest Presses, Shoulder Presses, Rack-Pulls/Deadlifts, Bent-Over Rows and even Modified Chin-Ups.

The program includes two 45 minute One-on-One sessions every week for four weeks. After which, you will have the skills and knowledge to join one of our fun and friendly training programs, or to use any gym with confidence.
