At the age of 45, Lisa had check off a lot of her goals on her list: a wonderful husband, two happy kids, a beautiful home and successful career. However, her years of working hard and giving to others had left her with an indifferent attitude towards nutrition and exercise.
“I remember during the summer wanting to go to the beach; It was something I enjoyed doing when the kids were younger. But after seeing myself in the mirror when I put on my swimsuit, I decided to stay at home in the air-conditioning instead. I was incredibly disappointed in myself.”
