I really hope that you’ve enjoyed all of the workouts you’ve taken on over the past week and have gained something from them.
Whether you were looking for inspiration, a change of pace or to try and get back into some physical activity, I hope I’ve been able to give you just that little spark along your personal health and fitness journey.
PS. These workouts are super handy to keep on file, as they can be performed anywhere and anytime, so please feel free to keep copies of the workouts and refer back to them whenever you feel like sneaking in a quick and crazy HIIT workout.
