If you’re a bit hesitant, that’s okay. Try giving the exercises a go, and if you find yourself frustrated after one round, simply ease the exercises back in the second round to one of the suggested alternatives.

- Around The World Lunges [Beginner option: Do alternating lunges]
- Burpees [Beginner option: Step in rather than jumping in and out at the bottom of the burpee]
- Alternating Wide To Narrow Squat Jumps [Beginner option: Do regular squats]
- Burpees [Beginner option: Step in rather than jumping in and out at the bottom of the burpee]
- Alternating Heel Touches
- V-Ups [Beginner option: Tucks or crunches]
