I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to create and achieve a happier and healthier lifestyle, and that the gym should be a place of fun and excitement, not a source of judgement, anxiety or intimidation.
I’ve worked with woman and men aged 16 to 78 to help them achieve their health and fitness goals.
What do all of these clients share in common? A desire to improve their health and fitness without the guilt, pressure and judgment so many of us feel when it comes to going to the gym, losing weight and developing a healthier lifestyle.
I know what it’s like to step foot in a gym as feel out of place. And I understand the stress of juggling the demands of life whilst trying to develop a fit and healthy lifestyle.
This is why I’ve spent the past few years creating training programs and environments that are welcoming, supportive and flexible to the needs of real, everyday people like you and me.
My focus isn’t on short-term gimmicks such as getting ‘shredded for summer’ or pushing people into extreme 30-day diet and fitness regimes. My focus is on encouraging individuals to make better, more sustainable choices that can last a life time.
