During our popular 10 minute in-house workshop, we teach your team 7 stretches they can do at their desk to help reduce fatigue, improve posture and ease lower back and neck aches that commonly occur when sitting for extended periods of time.
This workshop can hosted during a staff morning tea, or at the beginning of a staff meeting, as a way to help professionals relieve the most common physical frustrations many of my clients face during their workday.
The reason I offer this workshop free of charge is because it allows me as an independent trainer to use my quiet time during the day to help increase awareness of my business among the local community, whilst helping those in the community who may otherwise be unable or fearful of reaching out for help to begin to discover the many benefits of movement and exercise.
